 CEMENT :-
Our Calcined Kaolin serves an important function in the
cement industry. It adds compressive strength, flexural strength and
water permeability to cement. In general 5-15% Kaolin mixed with
cement creates a superiorly strong mortar when hardened. Our
Calcined Kaolin reduces efflorescence by reducing the porosity of
concrete and reacting with the lime salts before they reach the
concrete surface. Our Calcined Kaolin can also be used to modify the
handling properties of wet concrete, particularly benefiting the
viscosity profile and reducing the tendency to bleed, making
leveling and achieving a good surface finish easier.
