 PLASTIC :-
Our China clay & Calcined China clay are widely used as an
extender pigment in the plastics industry because of its inert
chemical nature and its unique size, shape and structure. Our China
clay & Calcined China clay are especially desirable in plastics
because it can help improve impact strength, tensile strength,
flexural modulus, barrier properties, stiffness of the uncured
compound, electrical and chemical resistance, thermal stability,
brightness and whiteness. Our China clay & Calcined China clay can
also improve dimensional stability (warp resistance), isotropy and
surface smoothness of thermoplastics. Used in a wide range of
plastics including nylon, polyolefin, copolymers, low density
polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene (PP), vinyl, polyesters and
polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coatings on wire and cable and in PVC
flooring. Our Calcined China clay is used primarily to enhance
electric resistance and can increase the dimension stability of
certain automotive parts.
